Complaints & Suggestions
If you have any comments or suggestions about the service we provide, please let us know. We value your comments and all the staff will do their best to deal with any concerns.
The surgery offers a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints about the service we provide. Complaints can be made in writing, addressed to the Practice Manager, who will acknowledge your complaint and work with you to ensure that your issues are addressed as swiftly as possible. Any member of the team, including the practice manager, would be happy to discuss any issues or concerns in person or on the telephone.
Dr Ehsan Ahamdi is the practice complaints lead.
If after discussion you are still dissatisfied, you have the right to address your complaint to NHS England.
